30 MINUTE PREGNANCY YOGA FLOW | SECOND TRIMESTER

A 30 Minute Prenatal Yoga Flow sequence led by Roxanne Gan.
This sequence focuses on twisting, releasing and stretching the lower back and hips. Connecting the breath with the postures and movements, these poses help to improve blood circulation and rejuvenate your body.

Use a pair of blocks.

Roxanne is a Certified Yoga Instructor, Pre and Post- Natal Yoga Instructor and a Certified Personal Trainer.
